At Eazybe  (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, “ctrlq” or “labnol”), we respect the client’s (“You”, “Your” or “User”) privacy and take protecting it seriously. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our Clients have engaged us.

Google sign-in will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your email address. The information you provide is held in strict confidence. We collect this information to generate your user license, send payment receipts and communicate with the user about product updates.

We may also send you service-related email announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, we may send out notifications regarding service related issues such as maintenance periods, billing problems, and other items that may impact service.

Our services use the Google OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication without requiring the user to share their login credentials with us. OAuth also allows secure access to the user’s data, as required by the add-ons, and the data resides strictly inside your Google account. We do not store any of your account data on our servers.

As is true of most websites, we gather certain non-personal statistical information automatically and store it in cookies and log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser version, operating system, date/time stamp, and other interactions with the application. We use this information to analyze trends, to identify potential cases of abuse and to help diagnose technical problems.

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may delete or deactivate it by uninstalling our Google add-on or by contacting us. We will respond to your request within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings or similar legal process, and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our website.

We use other third parties payment processor, such as Stripe, to bill you for services and a live chat service to assist you if you have questions while using our website or regarding your order. We neither store nor have access to your credit card details.

Children's Information
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.Eazybe does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
Online Privacy Policy Only
This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Eazybe. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.

Access to Google Drive Data
Eazybe-app requests access to your Google Drive to enable you to select and manage specific files within our application. The only data we save is the ID of the file you have selected.

-File ID: We access and store the unique ID of the file you select.

Purpose of Data Access:

This file ID is used to:
- Retrieve and display the selected file within our app.
- Enable specific features related to the selected file, such as opening or editing it within our application.

We do not access, store, or share the actual content of your files, nor do we access other metadata associated with the file unless explicitly required by the features you use.

Data Sharing:
We do not share your Google Drive data, including the file ID, with any third parties. The data is used solely within eazybe-app to provide you with the requested functionalities.
